Multi-skilled (carpentry, decorating, basic plumbing (eg. change taps), tiling, basic electrics, etc) 2. Driving licence – you MUST be at least 25yrs old for insurance reasons 3. Trustworthy with good quality work 4. Speaks Good English 5. Typical working hours: Mon-Fri: 9.30am to 6.30pm & Sat 9.30am to 3.30pm. 6. Live in West London. 7. Available to start immediately or very soon. ****Please READ CAREFULLY before applying!**** Payment: £8per hr (gross). Full Time basis. You will be working on various properties in West London which we manage.
