Team Leader, Maintenance Gardener

Small, friendly gardening company based in Kensington & Chelsea is offering two full-time positions: 1 Team Leader to organise, lead and set the pace for 2 - 3 maintenance teams, including liaising with clients and office, supervising all daily activities, recommending and implementing planting schemes and landscaping improvements and working in conjunction with landscaping teams. Must have at least 5 years gardening experience, a good knowledge of plants, pests & diseases, communication skills including good spoken English and a full driving license. Preference will be shown to applicants with professional qualifications and/or plenty of relevant experience. Salary: appropriate to skills and experience 1 Gardener to join our maintenance team.
