My client is a leading maintenance contractor for the Social Housing Market. They require on an on-going basis a carpentry biased multi-trade to join their reactive repairs team. You will have worked in a position before on reactive maintenance for either councils / housing associations. You will be carpenry biased but be able to undertake - plastering, tiling, painting, basic plumbing. £13ph plus mileage You MUST have own van.
